I’ve owned this stand for about 2 weeks now at work and the results have been fantastic… I don’t always want to have the ipad in my hands if I’m working on my computer and just using it to listen to music, so I place it on the stand and it doesn’t shift or displace if you bump it.. the lip-holders have rubber surfaces that grip your ipad in place. And the looks of the stand is so much more attractive then any of those other cheap alternatives out there. It folds up very easily and compact to fit in any carrying case. The Circle up top is actually a button that locks or releases the base and legs to set the tripod into several different angles, so you can view your ipad in the best angle to see it clearly. I’m very impressed with the design.. I’m actually thinking about getting a second one just to keep as a back-up through the years.

I bought this stand through ebay via China because it was not available thru Amazon. It took about 3 weeks to finally arrive, but it was worth the wait! This stand is adjustable to several positions — not just two like other stands. It is very sturdy for typing, as well as other actions (i.e. games). And it looks great, too! I recommend this stand to anyone who has purchased an iPad.

Ive tried a few of stands, this is by far the most portable, best designed stand ive used. the angles are good for the ipad, and sturdy enough for my macbook pro 15 (provides good airflow as you can see)

the most versatile, compact laptop stand and slick stand around. If you use a detached full-sized keyboard, you can set your laptop monitor up high for better posture and vision. Or you can use it low like a regular stand for cooling. It also works great with the iPad and my Kindle. Plus it folds down to a sleek very portable package.

I like this stand –
I had some questions when I bought so I’ll try and answer them for others…
The stand is a combo of aluminum and plastic, with a small amount of rubber.
The big round thing in the middle is a button you must press to adjust the angle the button is made of plastic.
The back leg is plastic.
the little aluminum looking thing in the center is actually aluminum.
most of the plastic has a nice coating that looks nice.
Black and aluminum perfectly compliment the ipad.
The bottom of each leg has rubber so it won’t slip.
It’s actually pretty sturdy.
three legs is almost always better than 4. this is something you could use in bed on an uneven surface.
Folds up for travel.
ok now for the one bad thing…
If you use it for the ipad, the ipad will touch the aluminum piece towards the center.
A little piece of black felt or rubber right in the center would have been great there.
overall a great product, great value for around $20
